Compass will be our key communication tool from 2024 onwards. All events will be posted to Compass for payment and approval. Please let us know if you require any assistance getting access to Compass.

LUNCH ORDERS 2024
Lunch orders through Peppergreen Farm Catering are available on WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS. All orders are via COMPASS and need to be placed before 4pm on the previous day. The menu can be found on the website.
Please note the following:
- Compass canteen orders close at 4pm the day before canteen days (Tues/Thurs). Canteen orders made via Compass do not require parents to send a lunch order bag
- There are no over-the-counter canteen sales available
- Compass Canteen payments close at 4pm every school day
- Final payments for excursions, camps and Special Events close on Compass at 4pm on the due date. This is consistent with the school’s camp and excursions policies and late payments will not be accepted
Subway orders are MONDAYS only. Order are placed through the Subs for You (Canteen Hub): https://app.canteenhub.com.au/login
WHPS Compass Parent Portal
Parents have recently been registering for the Compass Parent Portal, this will become our primary form of communication. Parents who are yet to register should contact the school for further assistance on getting access to Compass.
